Fred Dubuisson was the best. He had to navigate many hurdles to complete this sale. He was patient, consistent and tireless in the details involved in what had to be one of his most challenging sales. We spent many hours on the phone and doing text messages. I never once got an answering machine when I called him. I think it was 3 months from start to finish and we became friends. I will actually miss his calls. Our family has worked with Fred Dubuisson from this office for three home purchases now. We love Fred! He always answers his phone, is always able to meet with us quickly, and finds answers if he doesn't already know them. This time around, we needed information from the closing company and they were not getting back to us by phone, so Fred personally went to the office and waited there to speak to them.
